Ladies and gentlemen,we are presenting you Miss Martha High, one of the “hardest working ladies in show business,” who sung background vocals at some of the most notable performances by The Godfather of Soul, James Brown.
Over the years she has had the opportunity to share the stage with some of the greatest artists known, Little Richard, Jerry lee Lewis, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, B.B. King, Mary J Blige, Stevie Wonder, Prince and Michael Jackson and The Police to name a small handful.
Martha continues to serve up a mesmerising and genuine soul sound which includes her own style of rhythm & blues and funk.
