After 20 years of absence from the scene because of health problems, Johnny ‘O Neal is back, performing with ever more convincing communication skills. He was known in the eighties as Art Blakey’s pianist, and as a sideman of many other great artists, today he has become a complete, all around entertainer, singing, playing and telling stories to young and mature audiences alike, performing almost nightly in several New York’s jazz clubs.
